How does the process work when selling my land to you?

The process is very simple. When you fill out the fast offer form or give us a call to give us information about the land you want to sell. If the property fits our investment criteria we will schedule a time to walk the property with you.

When we meet you at the lot, we will walk around and look at the issues involved including elevation, trees, utilities, zoning, surrounding properties etc. All these things affect the value of your property.

Using this information, we can usually make you an offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement on a price and terms, we will draw up a contract that is then taken to a title company. The title company prepares for the closing. You receive your money for the land at the closing and you're done!

Do you buy undeveloped land?

Of course. We have a lot of experience purchasing property that needs rezoning, utilities, site plans, fill dirt, zoning variances... you name it. We have the experience to handle the issues surrounding the development of your property and we can pay you top dollar.

Do you buy developed lots?

If you have a parcel that is already developed, that is a great opportunity for our team as well. We can pay top dollar for developed lots in our specific neighborhoods throughout South Tampa, West Tampa, & The Heights.

How long does it take to get an offer?

We can usually see your lot, land, or teardown and make you an offer on the spot. This typically happens within 2-3 business days if you are able to show the property or grant access to walk the lot.

How long does it take to sell my land and get the money?

If absolutely necessary, we can close in as fast as 7 days.

To get fair market value for your lot, land or teardown, we will need to get a full topography and tree survey completed and complete other due diligence, which typically takes about 30-60 days. If you're flexible, we can usually get you more money.

In specific cases, you may wish to work with us on a rezoning with the City of Tampa in order to get the most money. This is a time consuming and potentially valuable process that could add substantially to your bottom line.

Are there any fees if I sell my land to you?

We do NOT charge fees to you to sell your property.

We pay all of the survey, engineering, & legal expenses that will play a part in any rezoning. We handle all of the legal notices that are part of the process. If you need a rezoning, to get the most out of the sale of your land, there is no team with more experience than ours in Tampa.

If I request an offer from you, am I obligated to sell you my lot, land, teardown?

Absolutely not! You have nothing to lose. It doesn't hurt to see what we can offer you for your property. So why not give us a call?
